Through the renovation of an old-building project together with loft-floor expansion the new building now encloses penthouse apartments and an art gallery in the central wing. Thanks to the unusual architecture the construction of the art gallery, to be used for photo exhibitions and modern art, itself turns into a work of art.

The lift-and-slide door in special shade of Altrosa RAL 3014 produced specially upon customer request, is another eye-catching highlight in the Artspace.
