Cleaning of the outside from the inside, no external visible fittings prone to corrision and exposed to the wheater, maintenance from the inside and finally ventilation in tilt mode enables items to be left on the internal window sill. In addition ventilation can be done in less time due to a fully opened window resulting in less energy loss and cost savings while better health and wellbeing.
