Low-rise construction? Anyone can do it! Something different was to be created from the red house sketch on the first white sheet of paper. An architectural “bonbon” if you will, because the house is in the former capital of Germany – so bright and pleasant, forever a unique item.

The magic of linear reflection
The rebated structures with their wood and clinker brick facades make the ensemble resonate and bring the magic of the linear reflections to life. Conversely, the light-shadow effect creates reflections of the house, garden and pond.
