The narrow plot of land, with its nearly nine-meter difference in elevation, presented a significant challenge. But this very peculiarity became the foundation for an extraordinary home: discreetly set back from the street, yet generously opening onto the valley – with the unique effect of expansive windows.

FLOATING EFFECT

Massive, ground-level structural elements and light, wooden floors with a dark facade give the house an elegant, floating appearance. Large windows and glass elements consistently direct the view towards the greenery and allow the close proximity of the neighborhood to fade into the background.

LARGE GLASS SURFACES

The FixFrame ONE all-glass system is particularly impressive: The glass elements are 3 meters high and require no external shading, protected solely by a precisely planned cantilever. In the evenings, electrically operated curtains made of a uniform fabric darken the room, creating an almost cinematic atmosphere.

The dark surface of the front door blends elegantly with the vertical wooden structure of the facade, creating a harmonious whole.

FAVORITE SPOT

The six-meter-high entrance area, which you enter through an almost inconspicuous "mouse hole" and which immediately opens into a light-filled expanse, is one of the family's favorite spots. Or the cantilevered area on the ground floor, where you get the feeling of sitting in a treehouse – with nothing but nature outside the large windows.

The expansive glass surfaces allow light to stream in at its most beautiful. The perfectly symmetrical sliding door is 100% barrier-free. You step out into the open air without the slightest threshold.
