Vineyard house

A vineyard in Lower Austria. Sublime vineyard estate. The horizon is the only view facing far and wide, every perspective with a wow effect. A unique property for a unique house: For the vineyard house. The owners were inspired by Spanish fincas and Tyrolean chalets. The architecture of the house is an impressive demonstration of how shapes, colours and light harmonise with each other. Every detail reveals the fact that: Here people live who have a mindset for the beautiful.

IN HEAVEN OF REFLECTIONS

Architectural art made of exposed concrete around the connecting glass element: Living space inside, patio above, front natural stone with finca-looking pool. And opposite nothing but the horizon.

THIS IS LIVING IN ITS MOST BEAUTIFUL

The west-facing living area is the most favourite place of the family, as the large glass front lets in lots of light and reveals the panoramic view overlooking the vineyards. The joining of nature and design could not be any more beautiful.

OASIS BATH FOR ALL THE SENSES

The generous glass area combined with extremely slim window frames provides an unobstructed view overlooking the surrounding vines. A unique scenery - especially when the sunset immerses the terraced vineyard in a golden light.

This was our most important premise: Our house must blend into the surroundings, says the builder family. This we have achieved - and how!

There is no white wall in the vineyard house. Comfort in every square metre, created by the stylish combination of muted natural shades, black and high-quality materials. Pure aesthetics!

The new-building impresses by being unimposing. It is one with the surrounding nature by being pleasantly aesthetic; attractive contrast and visual harmony in one and same creation, self-confident and yet restrained.
