We take plenty of time for you and go through all the details with you based on your plan, so that you can continue to enjoy it for many years to come.

If you wish, you can start thinking in advance about the
decisions we will help you make:

Elements and opening variants

At Josko, you not only have a full selection of tilt and turn windows, patio doors, sliding doors and fixed panels to choose from. You can also combine fixed elements and sashes, bring more daylight into the room with top and bottom lights, plan for so-called light strips, design your windows with two sashes using so-called mullion or transom designs, or simply plan for fixed elements if you also want to ensure optimal room ventilation and cleaning options.

Sun protection and insect protection

Don't neglect this: plan for external blinds, roller shutters or vertical awnings on all relevant window elements of your house. Sun protection is a must for south-facing windows, and we also recommend shading east- and west-facing elements. This is not only to protect against overheating in summer, but also to provide privacy from neighbours or from the street. We also recommend at least one insect screen per bedroom and living room.

More about sun protection
colour scheme

Do you already have a mental image of how you want your rooms to look? The kitchen is often one of the first rooms to be planned in terms of interior design. You can also plan how the colours of furniture, floors, doors and windows can be coordinated. During the consultation, we will show you our beautiful wood colours in various types of wood. If you have other colour samples, you are welcome to bring them along for sampling.

The same applies to the exterior, of course. Do you already have an idea of how you want your façade to look, or have you already decided on colours for the roof or garage doors?

smart home

Our customers' homes are becoming increasingly automated and intelligently controlled. Many of our products have electronic components that can be controlled in various ways – from sun protection solutions to window lock monitoring and motorised locks on front doors. Of course, this is not a must, and manual or conventional controls are always possible as well.

Interior doors with invisible frames

How do you like our MET interior doors? The frame disappears into the masonry and the door leaf forms a flush unit with the wall. Whether elegant wood surfaces, exciting lacquer colours or inconspicuous as wallpaper or painted in the colour of the wall – the possibilities are endless. It is important to consider this requirement early on in the construction project, as the frame is usually installed at the same time as the windows. You can then take your time selecting and designing the door leaf.

Renovation?

Are you planning to renovate a valuable existing building? Then you've come to the right place. The same applies if you are planning to replace windows or add an extension. In these cases, we usually assess the situation on site before we start advising you on products.
