Fixed glazing

Fixed glazing lets in plenty of daylight and opens up the view to the outside. As fixed windows without an opening function, they are ideal for large glass surfaces and are often more cost-effective than classic tilt and turn windows.

What sets our fixed glazing apart

  • Glazed from the outside: We install large fixed glazing units from the outside. This allows for particularly slim frames without visible glazing beads on the inside and makes installation and servicing easier.
  • High-end design & variety: Our fixed glazing units are available in a variety of designs. With conventional frames, with slim or symmetrical frames, or optically frameless.
  • Impressive dimensions: Fixed glazing can be up to 4.5 metres high and can be connected almost infinitely side by side to create huge glass elements in one piece. Glass corners are also possible, reducing disruptive divisions to a minimum.
  • Flush with the surface: Fixed glazing and openable elements are connected flush with the surface on the outside – for generous glass fronts on one level.

Three variants of fixed glazing

Blue System – fixed glazing with slim frames

The narrow frames of Blue Fix glazing provide a particularly elegant combination option with windows and patio doors.

conventional fixed glazing

Conventional fixed parts have the same frame width as openable windows, do not have glazing beads on the inside and are suitable for standard sizes.

Frameless fixed glazing

No frame is visible with our FixFrame elements, as the frame disappears into the masonry.

Very slim frames

Our Blue Fix glazing has a very slim frame, creating a contemporary simplicity in wood.

alternating fold

In the glazing of our Platin product family, the alternating rebate is milled from a single piece with the utmost care. The strip used is omitted. This means that fewer joints and strips are visible.

Glass strip-free appearance

Beauty lies in what you cannot see – such as glazing beads and joints. The slim appearance created by bevelled frames promotes light incidence and solar energy generation.

Less frame, more daylight

Larger glass surfaces and narrower frames mean more daylight in the home, higher solar energy gain and a larger proportion of the surface area covered by highly heat-insulating triple glazing.
