Josko was founded in 1960 by Johann Scheuringer, as a classic carpentry. As early as 1970 the company began to specialise in windows and doors. Josko has this entrepreneurial vision to thank for its development into one of the leading brands

in the industry. Josko products are manufactured at the two plants in Kopfing and Andorf in the Upper Austrian Inn District.

Today Josko’s core business lies in the manufacturing and marketing of windows and doors made of wood, wood/aluminium, PVC and PVC/aluminium in the high-end quality segment. Behind the stringent quality demands stands a Josko top manager in each area of competence. At Josko, all the divisions are given top priority.

substantially to the success of the Josko brand. Youth development. Since day one apprentices have been trained for a wide variety of careers at Josko, and so far over 350 apprentices have successfully passed their courses. 37 apprentices are currently being trained.

Josko windows and doors are sold exclusively by selected partners. These partners are window and door professionals and are able to count on the full support of Josko. The Josko partner network covers Austria, Southern Germany, Germany, Czech Republic, UK, Slovakia, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, USA and Canada
and consists of 110 Josko sales partners in 65 locations across all regions.

Because of this extensive network, the Josko partners are close to the customers and able to meet all requirements without unnecessary complications. To guarantee product quality and quality of life, Josko also has a network of installation and service partners in place.

The innovative Josko design has also attracted attention on an international level: over the years, Josko has been awarded the reddot design prize five times – the most recent in March 2019. Additionally, Josko won the Austrian innovation prize “EnergieGenie” four times and received several other respectable honours and certificates for quality awareness, innovative ideas and its commitment to environment and climate protection.
